Same situation with ZBBridge-U updates - I had to restart it several times until all zigbee devices came back online again…
Potvrzuji, že ihned po aktualizaci na 4.4 jsou často offline zejména ZB button a senzory dveří. Na NSP pro 86 i 120. Ve verzi 4.3.3 bylo vše v pořádku. ID 1001ed0129 a 10023a7c13. Lze se vrátit nějak na verzi 4.3.3 ?
Nedá sa si myslím.

rtsp stream is still super unreliable is there any timeframe when it will be fixed?
Also today i noticed that the weather is also super buggy right now its displaying sun and 28 c while outside is -5c and snow, and yes i have change the weather station 2-3 times and after a hour or so it still insists its 28c and sunny.
and PLEASE let us customize the default screen, the weather effect theme is lovely but why have the call button when i cant use it for anything, i mean when i dont have cameras added to the nspanel the camera button disappears but the annoying call button stays there no matter what, it will be great if theres a way for the nspanel to call the ewlink app but until then its useless for people with one panel in their home
There are a lot of bugs there. Basic things that should have worked a long time ago are not working. Everyone here is reporting network outages and other bugs. I will advise if they fix the basic services by the end of the year.
They are smart but lately every update has been a disaster. You probably won’t find anyone here who would disagree with this statement.

I apologize for the issue. After experiencing multiple failures when playing the RTSP video stream, you can submit the logs, and I will look into the specific cause.
May I ask if you have confirmed that the NSPanelPro’s time zone and city are correctly set to match your region? You can also submit the logs after the issue occurs.
Does this mean that the call card cannot be hidden in classic mode? I will pass this suggestion on to the team and get back to you.
Hi, I have confirmed the specific version with the relevant colleagues. This issue will be fixed in version 1.19.0 of the ZBBridge-U, which is expected to be released in March.

Regarding the -U issue, you can submit feedback through the app promptly after the problem occurs. When submitting, please remember to select the -U device and upload the logs. FYI a couple of days after the issue I rebooted the panel and most of the devices reconnected, by I can see is less stable (the connectivity) as it was on 4.3.0 (I see frequent disconnections). I will upgrade the unit tomorrow once the new version is available and post the feedback here.

About the classic view, yes there are no option for editing it the buttons are there and two of them are bot usable for me(alarm and voice call) so it will be really nice if theres an option of keeping the weather changing theme(classic view) but also be able to edit it

C’est pire, j’avais récupéré tous mes périphériques après un ré appariement de tous mes modules Zigbee après votre mise à jour j’ai de nouveau perdu la moitié de mes modules.
Is your current issue that half of the devices are still offline? Will restarting the NSPanelPro bring them back online?
