Hi Milk, I upgraded my two NSPanel Pro to App Version 4.0.10. Anyway one of them (ID 10023a861d) upgraded Os Version to 4.0.7 while the other one (ID 10026d1c03) upgraded only to OS Version 3.9.4. When it reboot I suppose it fails to install the new update to 4.0.7 OS.
What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi, the NSPanel Pro App has a built-in mechanism to update the OS if the version doesn’t match. When NSPanel Pro started into the Home screen, did you see a notification saying “OS version is too low and is under updating”?
On above page, you can always click the blue circle to the right of System Update to check the latest version for both the App and the OS.
If the above 2 methods don’t work for you. Please submit a log on the NSPanel Pro device through Top drop-down menu -> Settings -> About -> Feedback -> Submit.

@Milk @MichaelLearnsToCode Wouldn’t it be simpler to launch a webpage with a form for submitting panel IDs of users interested in testing? It would automate the process, make life easier for developers, and free everyone from the never-ending festival of requests.
Perhaps it would also be worth adding a separate topic category.
