Same problem here, already in touch with Sonoff, who prepared 4.11 version specialy for me. But, unfortunately, it did not help.
Btw, i think this is pretty nice description of the problem - no reason to shame the user. I also have to uplugg cabel from wall socket - cut off electricity.
Ah yes, āpretty niceā - the industry standard for reports involving undefined variables and spiritual cleansing. If thatās the new standard for reporting issues, then yes. With promising applications in abstract diagnostics and interpretive support rituals
BTW - no shame intended. Just a gentle nudge reminding that firmware exorcisms deserve proper documentation too.
True, itās not a developer on the other end but even for end users, troubleshooting works best when thereās no guessing between poetic metaphors and missing logs. Thatās like answering the question āWhat server do you run?ā with āA gray one.ā
Sorry for the issue. Please submit a log on the NSPanel Pro device through Top drop-down menu ā Settings ā About ā Feedback ā Submit. The best timing is right after you see the anomaly. And please send me the Device ID of your NSPanel Pro through private message.
Things could go wrong, but please donāt worry, this performance issue is definitely not a widespread problem. We are looking into it and we can offer assistance through private message as @p.silhan has pointed out.

But, Sonoff guys work on this.
Just a side note for clarification: we are not SONOFF guys, we are eWeLink guys
I have an NSPanel PRO that until recently worked acceptably. After the last update, when the software versions reached the versions below:
APP version: 4.0.6
OS version: 4.0.0
Cube version: 1.13.0
for me the way NSPanel PRO works became extremely annoying.
Before the last update, notifications were displayed on the display when they appeared and the display was deactivated, depending on the set time.
Now if a notification appears, it activates the display which becomes active and remains active until I touch the button under the notification.
At night it is extremely annoying and especially totally useless but also extremely frustrating to wake up to the NSPANel display being active and remaining active until it is manually deactivated!
Why is there no possibility to choose if I want the notification to activate the display. Logical and normal would be that this facility would exist when setting the scenes. But for now, it would be extremely useful if we could revert to the previous version when the notification was displayed and after 15-30 seconds, depending on the active display setting, the display would be deactivated but the notification would remain and could be viewed when the display was activated!
Why donāt you allow the possibility of adding a shortcut to an application from the NsPanel 120 interface that we installed ourselves (adb mode activated)?
We at eWeLink are definitely not anti-adb, and weād love to provide better ways to launch apps, no matter how they are installed, F-Driod or adb. It just requires some development work, and we are busy working on features with higher priorities. Having said that, we plan to implement a feature called Apps Screen and App Switcher in v4.2.0 firmware. Please refer to NSPanel Pro Roadmap and Co-Created Future for details.
And to launch automatically at startup by putting the interface of your application in screensaver.
Iām not sure what you really mean. But we are also going to provide Always auto-start on system boot for NSPanelPro App and System-level screensaver in v4.2.0 firmware.
Same thing, the update was blocked because, OK, we opened ADB mode, which is ridiculous. We lose the warranty, OK, we accept it, but blocking updatesā¦
I personally understand your anger. But itās SONOFFās After-Sales Warranty Policy. It is clearly stated when you enable ADB in Developer Mode. You donāt have to enable ADB if you donāt want to lose warranty.
Anyway, we at eWeLink provided OTA service for your device after you applied, right? As I said before, Iād love to see more NSPanel Pro devices running on v4.x firmware, no matter they are rooted or not. We sincerely want to make NSPanel Pro more useful for our dear users.
I was putting the updates manually but if you could add my nspanel-pro120 device in OTA update it would be simpler.
Oh sorry. I didnāt know that.
Here is my id: 10023a65ca.
We have added the deviceid of your NSPanel Pro to our OTA whitelist. Please power on your NSPanel Pro and keep it online (the built-in NSPanelPro App needs to run in the foreground, could also be in the background if itās the Home App), so your device could receive the latest firmware.
Hi, A new version 4.0.x has been deployed to your device. Please go to Settings > About to refresh and obtain the latest version. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us.
When I click the submit button NsPanel stuck and not sending. Now I will restart the device(I cut off the electricity and turn it on) but I am thinking there is no issue in feedback.

When the NSPanel is stuck, itās inaccessible. And it looks offline. So I canāt access it through the Ewelink app. I have to cut off the electricity and turn it on.
