I’m experiencing a sync issue with my NSPanel Pro and was wondering if there’s a solution before resorting to a factory reset.
My panel is fully linked to my eWeLink account, and all devices (including recently added Basic R2 switches) appear correctly in the eWeLink mobile app and in the Cast view on the NSPanel Pro.
However, in the Home View (Device tab) of the NSPanel Pro, some of the new switches do not appear, even though older switches of the same type are listed and functional.
I’ve already tried:
Rebooting the NSPanel Pro
Confirming firmware is up to date
All devices are in the same region/account
It seems there is no option to log out and back in to the eWeLink account on the panel, and I would prefer not to do a full factory reset just to refresh the device list.
Is there any way to force a sync or refresh the Home View device list without resetting the whole panel?
And if not, could you please consider adding a “Log Out / Log In” or “Device List Refresh” option in a future firmware update?
The BasicR2 is in the same home of the NSpanel Pro. I can see it in the same home on both the Iphone Ewelink App and even on the Ihost, but I dont see it on the NSpanel Pro.
