NSPanel Pro 120 doesn’t display the full potential of the SenseGuard DW Gen2

Good morning, I purchased four original Sonoff SenseGuard DW Gen2 sensors to replace the cheaper competitor ones. Unfortunately, all four don’t display the various options for creating scenarios with the SONOFF NSPanel Pro 120, updated to the latest version (not even the tamper switch appears in the menu). On the other hand, with a very inexpensive competitor hub costing just €6.78, the SenseGuard DW Gen2 sensors display all the settings.
I kindly ask that you fix the NSPanel Pro 120 limitation with an update. I remind you that the NSPanel Pro 120 is not cheap.
It’s absurd that with several competitive models available on the market for €6.78 or €12.50, it’s possible to take full advantage of the SenseGuard DW Gen2, while with the NSPanel Pro 120, it’s not.
It wouldn’t make sense to buy original products if they were limited in functionality with NSPanel Pro 120.
I look forward to a software update and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I checked and found that the NSPanel Pro does support this device. May I ask what your NSPanel Pro ID and firmware version are (the latest version is 4.4.6)? Could it be that some features are missing due to an older version? Alternatively, could you please share a screenshot showing the current functionality? I will then check whether the issue is related to the app version, the NSPanel Pro version, or a lack of support.

Hi, thanks for your interest. My NSPanel Pro is updated to version 4.4.6.

These are the few options that appear with my NSPanel Pro

These are the options that appear with competitive cheap hubs

With NSPanel Pro 120 the red options do not appear. On the other hand, with competitor hubs, they appear.

I hope you can solve this. Thanks.

Hi, I tested it using NSPro 4.4.6 and the SNZB-04PR2 — the features you marked are all there. You can try deleting and re-adding the door/window sensor. If the features are still incomplete, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs promptly and send me your NSPanel Pro device ID.

Hi, I followed your instructions: uninstalling and reinstalling the SNZB-04PR2 and now everything works. Thanks.
