SNZB-06P24 doesnt show in smart security os NSPanelPro

Hi there,

Why if.i go in the sleep mode or away mode of NSPanelPro, i cannot select the SNZB-06P24 as a trigger sensor?

The SNZB-06P can be selected but its almost 2 month that i’m not able to adjust sensitivity and Sonoff doesnt answer to my feedback request.

Soni bought all the new SNZB-06P24 but for the Smart Security they doesnt work.

Can someone confirm if its a bug or a issue that Will be solved?

Otherwise i’m in time to return them

Is your 06P also added as a sub-device under NSPanel Pro? What firmware version is your NSPanel Pro currently running? The latest version is 4.7.0. If yours is not up to date, please update it first and check whether this setting becomes available.

If the setting is still unavailable, please send me the device ID or a screenshot. If possible, please also submit both the NSPanel Pro logs (swipe down → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit) and the app logs (Profile → Help & Feedback → Feedback → Submit Feedback, then select Upload Logs).

This device is not currently supported. I’ll check whether support can be added in the next version and get back to you.

I solved the issue of SNZB-06P Just deleting and adding again to the Panel Pro.

For the SNZB-06P24, Is called SENSEGUARD, but if doesnt work with the Smart Security, the name of the device Is quite misleading.

Hi, it has been confirmed that this device will be supported in the August NSPanel Pro update. I’ll let you know once the update is released. You’ll just need to update both NSPanel Pro and the eWeLink app to the latest versions.

Hi there,
After updating to v.4.8.0, still.i’m not able to use the two sensor for the Smart allarm.

Any expected date for this?
Sorry but i have still more than 30 of them and i want to return actually because they dont work for what they are ment to be used.

Hi, version 4.8.0 already supports this feature. I believe the issue may be that your eWeLink app has not yet been updated to the required latest version, 5.28.0.

Version 5.28.0 started rolling out gradually yesterday, so there may still be some delay in certain app stores. Once the update becomes available for you, please upgrade to the latest version and try the feature again.

Thankyou but in the NSPanel Pro the two sensor are still visibile as switch and not as two sensors.

I’ll wait and update you After the update.
