Impossible to set sensitivity on SNZB-06P

Hi there,

Its more or lesa about 5 month i’m not able to adjust sensitivity (low, medium, High) on all my SNZB-06P. I have a NSPanel Pro as gateway.

I receive the message FAILED TRY AGAIN.

This happens in different houses Always with the NSPanel Pro.

Is It possibile there Is no support for the product?

After only One year we are not able to set sensitivity anymore? Should we buy the new senseguard 24G presence sensore?
