are they unresponsive only in Apple Home? How about other platforms like Alexa? Or eWeLink app?
I don’t use Alexa or Google Home, so I can’t test that.
They are responding to the EweLink app, but with a delay of (about) 2 seconds.
That seems like it’s not in LAN mode. could you please confirm if the device detail page shows a banner saying LAN mode?
Also plz forgive me for asking more question - Matter is harder to troubleshoot
Do you have other Matter devices in Apple? Do they work well?
Can you use voice command via Siri on HomePod to control them or Siri just says they are unresponsive.
