My Sonoff MINIR4M (Matter version) is fitted in a tight place that cannot be easily accessed. I recently started experiencing some abnormalities, such as the device not responding. I had to delete it and try to reinstall it on my iHost, but the process turned out to be unsuccessful due to the inability to reset the device remotely.
For the Zigbee versions, I can easily switch on and off 10 times to reset them remotely but for this particular one, I’m unable to. Is there any workaround towards resetting it without physically accessing the reset button?
May I ask if you are using the eWeLink app with the device too? If you experience frequent unresponsiveness with Matter, would you be interested in using a test firmware that could fix the issue?
If not, an official patch is coming soon to solve the Matter SDK bug.
