Issue Connecting SwitchMan R5 Controllers to eWelink App


I recently acquired two SwitchMan R5 controllers and am encountering difficulties connecting them to my eWelink app.

To provide some context, I have a ZBBridge-P, and I’ve successfully connected other non-R5 wireless switches (SNZB-01) to it in the past.

The specific problem arises when attempting to add the R5 controllers through the eWelink app; no devices are being discovered. I’ve diligently tried adding both R5 devices, and I even went so far as to open one of the devices, removed the battery, and then reinserted it, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

Any assistance or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
