IHost or NOT iHost?

What is the use of the iHost device, if we still lose our scenes execution in case of an Internet outage? :rage:

The ihost does not need an internet connection. If you have set local scenes in the ihost.
All zigbee devices must be added to the ihost and the WiFi devices must have LAN mode enabled. Some old devices do not support LAN function.
Of course, the WiFi router must also be enabled.

Sorry for the issue, can you tell us more about your scenes? Some old eWeLink-supported devices may rely on the network, even if you sync them to iHost.

All (50) of my devises and scenes (42) are set on my iHost. If I remove my WAN Internet access, my iHost system goes nuts!

Do you mean that if I unplug the ethernet plug? The ihost will go crazy?

The enternet plug must be connected. Unless the ihost connects via WiFi.
For me, after turning off internet access, everything works normally.

NS Panel and many other SonOff devises having this issue, are all their “Control Localy” switch set to “ON”.
Am I missing something?

It should work without WAN. In your case, all the scenes won’t work in what way, may I ask? Won’t trigger at all? If so, please send us logs for a look.

eWeLink Smart Home seems to have lost its “key” for synchronizing the devices and I ad to re-enter for a new key. Also, if I pull the Internet cable from my modem, all my scenes on my iHost will not be executed, just as they once where stored on eWeLink Web. All my scenes on eWeLink Web have been desactivated when I installed the iHost, to minimize conflicts.
