EWELINK loose SONOFF bulbs

I have posted before. EWELINK loose SONOFF bulbs. They are linked in my Wireless but ewelink does not see them. So, scenes fail. I add wifi configuration. It´s normal configuration, without strange settings. ASUS RT-AX82U with last firmware

Please What is going wrong?

If the bulb does not lose its wifi connection to the router, then the fault lies somewhere between the bulb and the ewelink servers, or something directly on the ewelink side, or some error in the sonoff fw.

We can’t do much here without the interest of people from sonoff/ewelink.

If other devices do not lose connection to ewelink, then you can also rule out an internet problem on your side.

There were probably a few people who had exactly the same problem, if I’m not mistaken.

I have one sonoff bulb, I have to connect it and test it for 48 hours. Although I remember that it did something by itself at least twice… I think it turned on or changed color… I don’t remember but that was the reason I stopped using it.
Apparently nothing has improved.

I think this can be solved by a firmware update. I provide all data.

At the moment we do not have any specific data whether there is actually a problem and if there is, where is the bug.

This question can only be answered by the sonoff/ewelink team.

However, since the problem has not been noticed and fixed for a very long time, I do not expect any quick reaction and change of the situation.

Again, I am not 100% sure that some bug actually occurs in these bulbs. There may be a bug, but personally I am not able to confirm or deny it yet.

Hi there, does the issue occur with your other bulbs (of the same type)?

at least two bulbs have the problem. I think this is a firmware problem. I have seteted the bulbs and reinstalled. I think a finetune firmware for wifi connection has to be made

After the device goes offline, it will attempt to reconnect on its own at intervals. Could you please submit a support ticket via the eWeLink app by going to Profile > Help & Feedback > Feedback (in the top right corner)? This will allow us to analyze the device logs.

I am going to open a ticket for you to see the logs. I think this is a BL602 problem, that can be fixed with firmware upgrade. I attach WIFI settings. All devices are in the ASUS RT-AX57 in AP mode. I put here myy wifi settings -very common settings- Bulbs log can discover the problem.

For security reasons I have to be sure connectivity is OK, so, I have set WIFI to a very conservative settings: I expect no device will loss connection with theses settings

What’s the ticket ID? I may be able to help speed up the investigation process.
