Is ewelink out of service

All my 61 Sonoff devices are out of service. My Tuya devices are OK

All servers are running smoothly. Check here. It looks like a local issue on your end. At my end there’s nothing alarming.

The Service came back after 45 minutes, regardless that all my other internet services never stopped. Some strange things are going on, even though all Ewelink servers where ON.

It’s not that simple! The servers were ON, your internet was ON, so everything should’ve worked, unless we remember that between ‘ON’ and ‘working for me’ lies a whole orchestra of network components that occasionally play out of tune. Sometimes it’s not a failure, just a momentary lapse in the invisible tinkering of the internet

Hello since the last thursday 30 Oct all my devices start to blinking for lost connection even in the app is looks like off line. I try to pair again but in the app give a failure every time i try. Im connected to 2.4 network.

I try close session in the app and try to login again and give a failure, try to restart my password and give a failure send me the otp code to my mail.

Anybody knows what goes on ?

Nothing unusual is happening. It looks like a local issue on your end. Have you tried restarting your router?

Yes I did , I try to log in through wifi and cell phone data connection and the same, seems like the app is offline. I gonna try for another cellphone.

Important the other devices controlled by Smart life works fine, include my cameras are working fine, only devices controlled by e-welink lost connection include the app

I try to register ad create new account with different email and not sent the mail OTO give me error, try in different cellphone and the same, looks like the app have issue in my region- country America-Costa Rica.

The message “We can not sent verification code please try again “ IF I try lo log in with my account and psw show me “"Error please try again”

Update, now everything is working, the devices and the app. I did not anything , I suppose it was a failure in the cloud services of the company

I’m glad to hear everything is working fine now. It’s worth keeping in mind that between your network and the eWeLink servers, there are many intermediate points, such as your ISP’s infrastructure and various network nodes, which can also affect service availability.

It’s possible to check whether there were any outages on eWeLink’s side, based on available data, their servers were operating without interruption. It therefore seems the issue was local, most likely related to your internet service provider.
