Is there any ewelink → yeelight problem?
All scene connected with linked yeelight account failed with error 4002
I am having the same problem. My yeelights are no longer synchronising with the ewelink app.
Thx for the feedback, to better troubleshoot, do you mind telling us more info? Like what Yeelight devices you are using, what’s the region of your Yeelight account and eWeLink account?
My yeelight server is Europe, bulb are Color GU10. It stop working yesterday. Ewelink region is Poland /Europe.
It is the same for me. Stopped working yesterday.
Yeelight is on european server. I am using 8 e27 rgb bulbs.
I live in the Netherlands.
I can connect the yeelight account in ewelink. When I push the sync button, ewelink tells me it has failed.
I have installed an older working version of both ewelink app and yeelight app. It does not make a difference.
I can connect the yeelight app to other apps. Only Ewelink is giving me a problem.
Thank you for your help.
@here
We have found an issue with the link with Yeelight whose server returns an error, we have reached out to Yeelight’s team to resolve this issue.
Thx for your patience.
Then ewelink is the only app/service that has this issue. I am running three other services that can connect to the Yeelight service and control the Yeelights without any issues.
Which platforms may I ask?
Samsung Smartthings, Google Home and IFTTT. All three can sync with my yeelight account and I can discover, check the status and control my Yeelight bulbs trough them. So the issue I am having is isolated to the Ewelink app.
This would not be a problem if I could use the lights that are loaded into ewelink trough the Smartthings app in a scene. But they are not available in the scene builder.
This is how they show in my Ewelink dashboard under my devices.
They are not available in my scene builder in Ewelink.
And the s-mate switch outputs are registered in Smartthings but do not trigger a scene. The s-mate does not sync with Google home, so I cannot resolve this problem trough one of these apps.
My NS panel does not show in Smartthings. It does show in Google home, but cannot be used as a trigger for scenes.
Integration into Smartthings, IFTTT and Google home of both the s-mate switch and the ns panel is poorly executed. My other Sonoff switches are easily integrated into the other services and work as expected.
I am at a point where I will be replacing the s-mate and I am thinking about retiring the ns panel all together. They just don’t play well with other systems.

Hey all,
Yeelight has fixed the issue on the server side. The account linking should work properly now.
Thanks for your time.
I confirm, everything works again. Thank you.
If everything goes well do you mind my marking it as solved?
