App keep dropping connection

The Ewelink App on my iPhone does not stay connected to the server, I am required to log in virtually every day, sometimes more than once. It never used to do this, what has changed
Is anybody else suffering this?

That explains the issue. The eWeLink app currently doesn’t support multiple devices simultaneously logged into one account. So, when your account is logged in on another phone, it automatically logs out from the original device. This is why you’re experiencing the need to re-login every time you open the app on your phone.

If your wife needs to control the devices at home, she can register an eWeLink account. Then, you can share the home to her account. This way, she’ll be able to control the smart devices associated with your account as well.

Understood, however we have both been using eWelink for a number of years without this issue arising, although I have to admit that my wife has been using the App far more often lately.
