Frequently log out and log in

If you are experiencing frequent log-in and log-out, please check if you are using one account for multiple smart devices, such as on iPhone and iPad simultaneously.

We don’t recommend using the same account on different phones or tablets. For security issue, each time you can only log in your account in one device.

Please register other accounts to share devices so that you can control them from different phones or tablets.

How do I log out of my APP?

Hi there, you can open the eWeLink app, tap on the gear icon in the upper right corner, enter the Settings page, and find the Log Out option.
