I download all consumption data monthly from all my metering sonoff devices. Some are DualR3 and in some of them I’m using both channels.
When I went doing it today, in all my DualR3 I can’t select the channel as usual. As you will see from da print screens attached is showing “no data”. I’ve tried different browsers but the result was the same. Up to last month, all was working just fine. Also in the ewelink app I can see the consuption of each channel but in ewlink web insn´t, at the moment, possible to extract da data from channel 2.
Can you, please, assist in this, please?
