Hi. From your sys logs, MatterBridge actually had not init. Pls check this issue that can resolve your problem.

Matter doesn't initialize after upgrade to v.1.13.0

Have you enabled iHost’s mute button? If you enable gateway mute, please turn off the iHost mute button first, then restart ihost. After restarting, wait for 5-10S. Matter will start successfully. After Matter initializes successfully, you can turn on the mute button again. This is a bug of ours and will be fixed in the next version
