Devices unreponsives after a while

Some devices randomly going unresponsive after a while on homeassistant. So i am gonna restart ewelink add on then sync devices again to use them properly on home assistant. Why is that happening. Please help me for a workaround or fix this issue.

Hello @renatoyamane I have this problem with the wifi TX series (T1, T2, T3), they became unresponsive regardless of using home assistant or the ewelink app without any integration with home assistant, I have the latest firmware installed 3.7.3.

Hello, I have around 20 Sonoff mini devices to control lights, Everything was fine but yesterday devices started to randomly (every 3 to 5 minutes, in various rooms) turn off the light. Thanks for the heads up.
Unfortunately didn’t worked, after changing the IP’s whenever I tigger the switch it goes offline and recover 2 to 3 seconds later.
I will follow the other topic, thanks again.
