Cannot see any of the temperature or humidity levels on cast dashboard

Hello, I have various sonoff TH temperature sensor switches which show up in the cast dashboard but i cannot see any of the temperature or humidity levels. It just shows them as a switch. These all show up fine on the normal ewelink dashboard, but not on the cast dashboard.

Can anyone help?

hi, Cast supports TH10/TH16 to show temperature&humidity now, TH elite&TH origin series are not supported yet, we are working on this.

It is supported on local CAST too, but no data chart.

this is what I meant, chart display of hourly/daily values for TH from a THR320D

This might be because the cast dashboard doesn’t support those specific features yet. Make sure your firmware is up-to-date, and try contacting eWeLink support for more help. They might have a solution or update that can fix this issue.
