I am writing to report a severe bug introduced with the latest firmware version 4.6.0 on my NSPanel Pro 120 (NSPanel120PB).
After updating to v4.6.0, the system became extremely unstable when set to the Italian language. I experienced the following issues:
1. Continuous network disconnections.
2. All connected Zigbee devices were constantly disconnecting and going offline.
3. When navigating to Settings and tapping on “Updates” (Aggiornamenti), the screen showed the error message “Device not connected” (Dispositivo non connesso).
To fix this, I had to perform a full factory reset. During the new setup, I selected the English language, and now everything is working perfectly fine and stable again. However, if I switch back to Italian, the bugs and disconnections return.
It seems to be a localization/string conflict in the Italian firmware file that crashes the network and Zigbee services. Please fix this Italian language bug in the next minor update, as using the device in English is very inconvenient for Italian users.
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue. I need to confirm a couple of things with you:
Have you tried changing the language by going to Swipe down on the screen → Settings → Language? This does not require a factory reset. Or, have you already tried this and found that it doesn’t resolve the issue?
If changing the language does temporarily resolve the problem, could you please switch back to Italian, reproduce the issue, and then submit the NSPanel Pro logs as soon as possible?
(On the device: Swipe down → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit.)
I’ll review the logs to investigate the root cause further.

Hi, I’m sorry you’ve encountered this issue. After it occurs, could you please submit the NSPanel Pro logs as soon as possible? If a restart is required, please submit the logs after restarting.
On the device, swipe down and go to Settings → About → Feedback → Submit. Then send me your device ID and the approximate time when the issue occurred in a private message. I’ll treat this as a top-priority investigation.
.Having same problem in English language. It also cause scene to initiate from Zigbee devices meaning the lightning turn on every 15 minutes in bedroom
Hi, do you mean that whenever the device goes offline and then comes back online, your Zigbee scene is triggered again? Could you send me the device ID and the scene configuration? I’ll first check whether this behavior is expected.
Regarding the device frequently going offline, please make sure it is currently running the latest firmware version, 4.7.0. If the issue happens again, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs as soon as possible: Swipe down on the screen → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit
After submitting the logs, please send me the device ID in a private message.
Hi, I’ve checked the logs and noticed that the sub-device’s RSSI sometimes fluctuates between -90 and -70 dBm. This range indicates a very weak signal, which can easily cause the sub-device to go offline.
Could you check whether the sub-device is too far from the gateway or if there are any walls or other obstacles between them that may be interfering with the Zigbee signal?
Hi, the NS Panel Pro is at about 1 meter from the router!!!
In my home I have a Wi-Fi 7 system with 3 router!
NS Panel Pro is near the Base Router (Cudy M11000)
If NS Panel Pro has a bad wifi signal is a NS 0anel pro problem!
Sub devices are in the range (all) of 4 meters (maybe max 4.5 meters, maybe) from NSPanel Pro!
inside my House The interior walls are very thin, between 12 and 16 centimeters. They are not bricks, but hollow blocks.
So I think is a NSPanel Pro problem.
Also all the problem became from Version 4.3.0!
Before non problem!
Salve!
Core Features
Zigbee Improvement in Performance and Compatibility
The built-in Zigbee NCP firmware will be upgraded to 8.x, and we’ll fully incorperate zigbee-herdsman and zigbee-herdsman-converters to better support 3rd-party and non-standard Zigbee devices.
@Massimo
