How do I get NSPanel Pro v4.2.0 firmware?
I had everything working in firmware 4..2.0
I Upgraded to 4.3.3 and found out that it does not work with the TRV 1.4.4, leaving me with no heating.
I had only one option to go to beta 4.4.0 which connects to my devices across the zigbee for a couple of hours then show every device as offline. Zigbee problem with FW 4.4.0
This has left me with no heating and in a cold house.
Hi, Are you currently experiencing issues with the TRV sub-device going offline? I can deploy a new version to your device to resolve the offline problem. Could you please send me the device ID of your NSPanel Pro?
The offline app crash issue you reported earlier is planned to be fixed in the Android version scheduled for release on April 8th. Thank you for your patience all along. I’m here to assist you anytime.
I need to explain something to you: initially, we had no idea what caused the error in the logs. During this time, we kept trying to reproduce the issue you reported, and eventually, we discovered and fixed a problem that matched the behavior shown in your logs. If the issue still persists after you update, it’s possible that the root cause is different from the one we addressed. While I truly hope that’s not the case—and I sincerely apologize if it is—we won’t avoid the problem and will definitely help you resolve the issue you’re facing.
Which specific device is this referring to? Currently, we have the NSPanel Pro 86/120 and the NSPanel (but this one does not have Zigbee/Matter capabilities).
I know that in objects, iHost provides me with all the services. I am interested in whether it can be connected to iHost and what functions will be available with iHost.
After the upgrade, background services typically restart. If the device remains offline after waiting 5 minutes, please try restarting the device — power cycle the NSPanel Pro — and then promptly submit the NSPanel Pro logs.
I see. After deleting the split-screen, reopening it still shows, right? You can try switching the network and see if it works normally. Then submit the NSPanel Pro and app logs to me. (This was done with your own account, right? I think I have your app account on record.)
