I have just submitted the logs to you now.

Yes, from my account and you understood it perfectly. I send everything you need.

Hi @Milk
All devices have just gone offline.
Do you want me to send the logs using this?
Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit.

Hi, I’ve reviewed the log. After the upgrade to version 1.16.6, it seems some files were not parsed properly, possibly due to network issues. Later, once parsing succeeded, the sub-devices came back online. From what I can see, your device is now back online as well, correct? If you continue to experience any issues, please feel free to reach out to me anytime.

Hi, this issue is caused by a scene component currently present in your split-screen view. The scene component defaults to split-screen position 4, which leads to this bug. We expect to fix it in the eWeLink Android version scheduled for release tomorrow. Thank you for pointing this out.

Progress is already visible, after updating nspp bridge can sync 26 devices, but they are still unavailable. Since November I have my house and other houses with broken nspp. NSPP is completely useless if you combine iHost and nspp. It is better to hang a tablet on the wall than to buy nspp pro.

The app hasn’t been released yet. Please wait for the app release, then upgrade to the latest version and give it a try. Thank you for your patience.

The Play Store is not offering me the new ewelink update, have you released it?

The release is expected to be available today. After it’s released, the app store will need to review it. Once the review is approved, you’ll be able to check for the app update.

According to Google Play, nothing has been released.

The update is currently still under review by Google Play. Once approved, Google Play will gradually roll it out through a staged release.
