Why are these devices, which have been on sale for several days, still not compatible with i-HOST (2.8.1) and CUBE OS (2.8.1)?
When will they be compatible?
The same applies to the current version of eWeLink Web (V 3.22.0 [2025.12.24]).
Greetings

Greetings
Good to know, I wonât buy an air guard yet.
Because thatâs typical Sonoff professionalism.
For the 02DR2, eWelink WEB is supposed to be compatible by the end of January⊠So maybe for the rest of them, something around that time or later. ![]()
I have criticized it several times that they release a new product and the customer has to wait a relatively long time for it to work on iHost or another gateway.
Again, we donât know the scope of their work, but if there are a few people who handle everything, I wouldnât be surprised.
Iâve already bought one, so Iâll have to wait. This isnât the way to market your products; wait until theyâre compatible with all platforms before releasing them to the public.
Everyone does it this way, I donât know why itâs different here.
I think theyâre doing it because of the competition.
In other words, since the market is saturated with devices and new ones keep arriving, whoever gets to the market first wins. Weâll see what happens after that.
We can say, quite frankly, that the priority isnât customer satisfaction, but competition and profit.
The competitive fight is without compromises. But the situation is that they released airguard, which I am also interested in, but I canât use it because it doesnât work on iHost and it is questionable whether it will work on other gateways. Simply put, I want it but I donât want to wait, so Iâll buy it from the competition. Because they managed to update their products before the release so that it is supported everywhere.
My personal solution is as follows:
I have i-Host for the vast majority of my devices (80 devices in total), which in my case are Zigbee, but I also use the eWeLink app. Itâs a hybrid solution.
Itâs truly unfortunate that new compatibility updates are slow to arrive on i-Host.
If desired, a compatible device can be listed on both platforms, i-Host and the eWeLink app.
In this case, I donât use any ZB Bridge Ultra.
The eWeLink app doesnât list the Zigbee devices (50 devices), but rather the Wi-Fi devices (30 devices), specifically the current situation with the SAWF-07P and SAWF-08P.
I have iHost all the devices are there and I wanted to share everything to NSpanel pro via matter bridge. But they canât use matter bridge and they canât fix it because Iâve been waiting for about a month.
Hi Adolfo,
Support for AIR GUARD SAWF-07P and SAWF-08P on both eWeLink Web and i-HOST / CUBE OS is currently in progress and planned for Q1 2026.
eWeLink Web support is expected to be available around February 2026.
i-HOST support is planned for March 2026.
Incidentally, when the âAir Quality Indicatorâ and âAlert Soundâ options are enabled on both devices, the scheduled days and times for the âDo Not Disturbâ option are not followed, and the operation is erratic: the alert sound activates or the indicator LED remains lit.
We have no choice but to wait.
What else is left for us.
Are you serious?
March?
What kind of weird company policy is this?
ihost-2 - never released.
ihost-1 - support abandoned.
March is quite far away. I completely agree that strange updates are solved.
In older posts I complained that iHost is discontinued. Even though it occasionally gets an update.
Now is worried about NSpanel pro, which I canât use because I canât share devices to nspp due to a broken bridge issue in iHost.
This is terrible.
You are discouraging customers from buying.
New devices without support = dead devices.
SkĂșs moju situĂĄciu predas a zapojis nspp, iHost a zĂĄhadnĂ© po Äase matter most nefunguje. Potom mne volajĂș a chodĂĆĄ kaĆŸdĂ©mu nastavovaĆ„ nĂșdzovĂ© scĂ©ny pre kĂșrenie, osvetlenie atÄ.

As an installer, when I see how fast you are rushing, what should I do?
A customer wonât buy your iHost if they find out they might get support for the feature they need in March. People want it now and donât want to wait, you might understand.
Itâs sad news that we still have to wait so long.
Will support for IHOST/CUBEOS be via Matter or the eWeLink Smart Home add-on?
Is there any news about iHost-v2?
Many Home Assistant updates have already been missed due to the end of 32-bit support.
Should we wait for iHost-v2 or skip the wait and buy a new device from another manufacturer?
