SWV-ZFE (Hidro ONE) and SWV-Z2FE: When supported at i-HOST and CUBE OS

Why are these devices, which have already begun their sales process, not yet compatible with i-HOST (2.10.0) or CUBE OS?

When will they be compatible?

The same applies to the SWV-Z2FE in the current version of eWeLink Web (V 3.25.0 [April 28, 2026]).

Greetings

Because that’s how it’s always been with Sonoff. First, they release the device, then they think about fine-tuning the firmware, and then eWeLink begins the integration process… meaning users wait months.

Thanks.

I realized that a while ago, so I already know, but I’d prefer the SONOFF or eWeLink team to provide concrete answers to customers.

I think this forum can help us with that.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed that they respond… unfortunately, since Ward left his job, interaction with them has become much slower on the forum.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. SWV-ZFE will be supported in the next iHost version, with an update expected this week; SWV-Z2FE is planned for support in next month’s version.

The same question again:

SWV-ZFE (Hidro ONE) and SWV-Z2FE: When will they be compatible with i-HOST and CUBE OS?

Current versión of i-HOST and CUBE OS is 2.13.1 (12/8/26)

I have the same problems. They have a strange system: first they release a new product, and then we wait months for it to actually work. It works in the NSPP, but it doesn’t work via the eWeLink Smart Add-on.

They haven’t been able to add support since May 10th?

Here’s proof that they haven’t added the necessary support all this time.

I’m also experiencing issues with two other products: the Basic DIN Rail Zigbee | BASIC-ZB1GSP and the Orb Socket Matter WiFi | WS01TPF-E.

In these two cases, support was added to the i-HOST version 2.13.1, but with eWeLink Smart Home version 2.7.7, it’s still impossible to sync these two devices from the plugin.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. Due to higher‑priority requirements, we have scheduled the request to sync the SWV‑ZFE (Hidro ONE) and SWV‑Z2FE via the SmartHome add‑on to iHost for the mid‑September 2.14.0 release. Before the release, you can directly add these two devices via iHost.

In addition, regarding the requests to sync the Basic DIN Rail Zigbee (BASIC‑ZB1GSP) and the Orb Socket Matter WiFi (WS01TPF‑E) via the SmartHome add‑on, I have noted them down. We will periodically review all feature requests as a whole, and we will keep you informed as soon as any progress is made.

I would like, hope and wish that it will be so.

Thank you.

Greetings

Hello,
We have learned that eWeLink Smart Home version 2.7.7 already supports the Orb Socket Matter WiFi (WS01TPF‑E) device.
Could you please provide a screenshot of the add‑on device list page showing that this device is marked as “not supported”? We need to obtain the device ID from the screenshot for further investigation. If the device card does not appear on the add‑on device list page, please follow the instructions in the screenshot below to retrieve the device ID of the WS01TPF‑E from the eWeLink App and send it to us.
We appreciate your understanding and support.

Hello

My WS01TPF-E has this ID: 10029fa075 and when I try to SYNC with i-HOST (2.13.2) always report “Failed. Try later” but not appear as “not supported”.

I hope you can make progress with it.

Greetings

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback! To help us locate the issue more effectively, please provide the corresponding log files based on the version of eWeLink Smart Home you are using:

  • Built‑in version → iHost logs

  • Docker addon → addon logs

You are welcome to send the log files to me via private message. We appreciate your understanding and support.
