SWV-ZFE (Hidro ONE) and SWV-Z2FE: When supported at i-HOST and CUBE OS

Why are these devices, which have already begun their sales process, not yet compatible with i-HOST (2.10.0) or CUBE OS?

When will they be compatible?

The same applies to the SWV-Z2FE in the current version of eWeLink Web (V 3.25.0 [April 28, 2026]).

Because that’s how it’s always been with Sonoff. First, they release the device, then they think about fine-tuning the firmware, and then eWeLink begins the integration process… meaning users wait months.

I realized that a while ago, so I already know, but I’d prefer the SONOFF or eWeLink team to provide concrete answers to customers.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. SWV-ZFE will be supported in the next iHost version, with an update expected this week; SWV-Z2FE is planned for support in next month’s version.
