I have a Zbbridge-U Hub with 59 connected objets (Plugs, relays, Temp sensors, Movement sensors, etc….), and many scenes.
Sometimes (several time a week), ewelink does not execute scenes. Theses scenes that do not run are ‘ON’ on ewelink, but the scene does not work run.
I found a workarround for this issue that confirm the bug:
I change the setting for the scene from ON to OFF. Then I return to the list. Then I change the setting from OFF to ON, and the scene execute again normally.
This is a big problem, because I cannot see which scene is not really active.
This seems to be an issue with the management of the internal memory of the hub.
Please fix this issue , or tell me if this is a hardware failure in my hub.
Also, it should be great to know how much memory is currently used in the hub.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To help us locate and resolve the issue faster, could you please provide more details:
are you referring to the scene activation and deactivation buttons? Is it the switch shown in the image below? If possible, please share a video or picture showing your operation.
What is the configuration of the scene where the problem occurs? A screenshot or video of the scene setup would greatly help us test and reproduce the issue.
