Hi guys, i have they zbridge for a few year, and in the las month, Even when the alarm is disable, they zbridge trigger the alarm sound when any door sensor inform a state change.
I tried deleting all the sensor an re configure all again but it’s work fine for a few days.
When the alamr is activated works fine , pending notificacionts and triggering the alarm sound.
When it’s disable , only trigger the alarm sound and i so tired of this noise.
I’m using the Pro bridge too, from a few months. No problems with mine at all, but not using as you are. Anyway, good to know that potentially this kind of issue can happen. 
But any kind of idea ? Its look like a software issue…
Hi, please try long press the ZBBridge Pro reset button for 10 seconds (this will delete all sub-devices and clear the coordinator), wait for the bridge to automatically come back online, and then re-add the sub-devices.
Try this to see if it resolves your issue.

I have like 20 sub devices and i can’t re configure it once a week…
I have a NS Panel Pro and the same happened to me 1-2 weeks ago.
I fixed it by disabling and enabling the door sensors in the Alarm settings (away mode, etc)
