I have ZBBridge U, 16 devices assigned, but only 15 are online. Still when I add 16 devices others disconnect. (temperature sensors, motion sensors, door sensors) The signal is strong enough.

Still beter than mine. LOL. Please Sonoff find a fix for this issue. Every firmware update for zbBridge-U and NSPP broke zigbee lately.

  • The Device ID of your ZBBridge-U
  • The current firmware version of your ZBBridge-U

If possible, you might also try restarting the gateway and re-adding the devices to see if that helps.

Additionally, you’re welcome to submit system logs through the eWeLink App. Just select your ZBBridge-U and remember to check the “Upload Logs” option — this would be very helpful for a more in-depth analysis.

I’m starting to regret I choose Ewelink and Sonoff. So many not working well devices and issues. “Entry level brand” says internet. I should listen to it.
