Our testing team has also identified a known issue that sounds very similar to what you’ve described: the gateway occasionally experiences Zigbee module failures. When you mention “pairing mode,” are you referring to Zigbee pairing? When this occurs, all Zigbee-related functions on the gateway become unavailable.

This is a complex issue, but our team is actively working on a fix and has made initial progress in identifying the root cause. We are currently validating potential solutions with some affected users. Once confirmed, we will release an update to resolve the issue for all users.
