I’m really disappointed, I expected you to bring something better. It’s a regular Zigbee hub that’s been improved a bit.

My idea was that you would allow you to create local scenes directly in it. It would be a suitable price alternative to iHost if the customer doesn’t want pay for iHost. This would be a suitable solution where there is weak internet.

When I restart the Bridge-U, it deletes some ZB relays and they no longer connect. I have to add them back. This problem still persists.

You can submit log feedback in the App.

After upgrading from 1.16.1 to 1.17.0, the issue with SONOFF TRVZB occasionally unlinking from its external sensor has returned again.

Please describe the details in more detail so that we can carry out an overall investigation.

  1. What exactly is the external sensor? Please provide the model and manufacturer (if it is not a SONOFF device).
  2. Does the unlink issue occur frequently?

Additionally, please submit feedback logs in the eWeLink App as soon as possible to help our technical team with further analysis.

After updating the Zigbee Bridge Ultra firmware to version 1.17.0 from 1.16.1 (this issue also previously occurred on 1.16.0), the Sonoff TRVZB has repeatedly unlinked from the external temperature sensor Sonoff SNZB-02D

i don’t know if that update done that but after update my ZB ultra. My scenes don’t working good.

temp sensors connected with TRVZB stop have a problems what is good.

but i have SNZB-06P human detector and is turn on led light in kitchen and another in corridor, before working fine, after update is turn on but don’t switch off and led working all nights, when i go to scenes open that what is should switching off, when nothing is detected pressed save again, start working 2-3 times and again don’t work.

before two last updates all working fine now from over month i have enough of that and really disappointed of sonoff devices.

I understand your issue. Please help submit feedback logs in the eWeLink App (make sure to check the log option), so we can further investigate the cause. We will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

You can refer to the following steps to submit feedback (Important!! When submitting your feedback, select ZBBridge-U as the related device):

Sorry for the unpleasant experience. Our products are continuously improving. If possible, please submit feedback through the eWeLink App, and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I know it might be a niche feature, but would you consider allowing home assistant entities to be bridged to ewelink instead of only to matter? The reason is that ewelink is a lot easier for elderly than the home assistant interface. I know they can use Alexa or Google home, but seeing the home assistant synced entities in ewelink (maybe on the new incoming floorplan view) would be stellar!

hi there , the zbbridge gets disconnected whenever restarting home assistant , is there any workaround that make the hub retry to connect instead of rebooting hub ? btw im on latest firmware

Connection lost. Please ensure your Home Assistant is working well.

You can find the feedback portal on the webpage and submit the log file. We will investigate the issue as soon as possible.

Sync Zigbee Sub-devices to Home Assistant

Expose bridged Zigbee sub-devices from ZBBridge-U to Home Assistant over MQTT.

Connected

Sync Home Assistant Entities to Matter Fabrics

Authorize your Home Assistant connection via domain name or IP address. Once authorized, you can use ZBBridge-U as a Matter Bridge to the sync selected bridged entities to other Matter platforms by mapping their capabilities to standard Matter clusters.

Disconnected

** also at home assistant got notify about login attempt failed , even the user and pass are correct

1767606540983.tar.gz (4.0 MB)

i did also submit the feedback too

Rebooting zbbridge-u only will solve to connect again

the update V 1.17.2 were released and this issue solved , many thanks <3

my hub doesnt show ipv6 address , is this fine ? im paired with smartthings . alexa and home assistant just fine , but when pair with google home the bridge always appear offline , i guess its related to ipv6

Yes, pairing with Google Home requires IPv6. However, the IPv6 address may not be shown here because our backend could be filtering out link-local IPv6 addresses. Please first confirm whether there is a valid IPv6 address available within your local network.
