I’m really disappointed, I expected you to bring something better. It’s a regular Zigbee hub that’s been improved a bit.

My idea was that you would allow you to create local scenes directly in it. It would be a suitable price alternative to iHost if the customer doesn’t want pay for iHost. This would be a suitable solution where there is weak internet.

When I restart the Bridge-U, it deletes some ZB relays and they no longer connect. I have to add them back. This problem still persists.

You can submit log feedback in the App.

After upgrading from 1.16.1 to 1.17.0, the issue with SONOFF TRVZB occasionally unlinking from its external sensor has returned again.

Please describe the details in more detail so that we can carry out an overall investigation.

  1. What exactly is the external sensor? Please provide the model and manufacturer (if it is not a SONOFF device).
  2. Does the unlink issue occur frequently?

Additionally, please submit feedback logs in the eWeLink App as soon as possible to help our technical team with further analysis.

After updating the Zigbee Bridge Ultra firmware to version 1.17.0 from 1.16.1 (this issue also previously occurred on 1.16.0), the Sonoff TRVZB has repeatedly unlinked from the external temperature sensor Sonoff SNZB-02D

i don’t know if that update done that but after update my ZB ultra. My scenes don’t working good.

temp sensors connected with TRVZB stop have a problems what is good.

but i have SNZB-06P human detector and is turn on led light in kitchen and another in corridor, before working fine, after update is turn on but don’t switch off and led working all nights, when i go to scenes open that what is should switching off, when nothing is detected pressed save again, start working 2-3 times and again don’t work.

before two last updates all working fine now from over month i have enough of that and really disappointed of sonoff devices.
