ZBMINIL2 stopped working

I have a ZBMINIL2 and its suddenly seems to have stopped working.

I cant remember if it had light on it when it worked or how to troubleshoot it.

I had a working set up and the ZBMiniL2 just went off line. I could not see any leds working so assumed that it was faulty so fitted a replacement.
Sadly that was the same… So i checked how to repair.

Method A (Button): Press and hold the button

on the unit for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes slowly.
This is what it tells me me to do but i cant even get any any LEDs showing on the new one.

The image shows the switch and hub 3.0 working.
Any suggestions please.

I’m not sure if I understand you correctly…

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the eWeLink app.

  2. Make sure your ZBBridge-P has the latest firmware.

  3. Launch the app and go to the ZBBridge-P device. If you see any devices added, remove the ones you’re interested in.

  4. Unplug the ZBBridge-P for 10 minutes.

  5. Reset the devices that are giving you problems to factory settings according to the documentation.

  6. After 10 minutes, connect the ZBBridge-P.

  7. Launch the app and go to the ZBBridge-P. You can then use the “Add” button here or the “+” button at the top right of the app and select the option to scan the device’s QR code.

If the addition was successful, check if the device is online.

Please note that some Sonoff devices tend to use intermediate devices that offer an extender function. If the extender is disabled, some Sonoff devices cannot reconnect directly to the ZBBridge-P. I’ve experienced this with a number of sensors.
