Hi everyone,
I recently bought the SONOFF MINI ZB RBS to test it with my curtain motor. I installed it successfully, paired it with my Zigbee gateway via eWeLink, and calibrated it. Everything worked perfectly right after installation.
However, the next day, the device had disappeared completely from the eWeLink app.
I added it again, recalibrated it, and it worked fine — but after another day, the same issue happened: the device was gone again from the app.
So far, this problem has repeated twice.

The gateway is stable and other Zigbee devices stay connected.

The module works perfectly when re-added and calibrated.

Has anyone else experienced this issue where the MINI ZB RBS disappears from the eWeLink app after some time?
Could this be a firmware or Zigbee stability issue?
Any advice or help from the Sonoff technical team would be greatly appreciated.
