You can submit a feedback in ewelink app, it seems to be an ewelink/cloud issue.
-79/-81 dBm RSSI is close to weak, the device may occasionally go offline.
SNZB-05P and other battery-powered device have reconnection logic, but not very frequently. If the reconnection fails, the next cycle will become longer. Avoiding frequent reconnection when the connection is unstable, for saving battery. The process of reconnecting is very power consuming.

I have rssi -33dBm and sometimes the connection disconnects for example every 6 hours and then suddenly it stops

I also confirm the same problem.
With a few days delay compared to the release date I received the firmware update 2.3.0 on my ZBBridge-P and for several Sonoff ZBMINIL2 I have several errors 411 and 504, despite not having interference problems (I changed Zigbee channel and isolated the Wifi channel) or reception problems. I also have RSSI that oscillates between 50 and 75 maximum.
I also have several zigbee routers at home

I still have the same thing… on 11/01 and 14/01 offline again.
