Yeelight GU10 white bulb doesn't show in the sync list

Hello,

Just bought a 4 pack Yeelight GU10 white with the idea that I will be able to sync the Yeelight and Ewelink platform and use the Yeelight bulbs in Ewelink.
But surprise, after I added the bulbs to the Yeelight platform, linked the 2 platform together when I try to sync the items (this 4 Yeelight bulbs), they are not shown onto the sync list.
Any Idea why?

Can you tell us more about your setup?

Some info would be of great help:

  • Yeelight Bulb model and sale region
  • Your Yeelight (or Mi Home if you paired them via the Xiaomi app) account region
  • Your eWeLink account registration region

Region on both apps is Romania (+40). And the model can be seen in picture below.

Thank you as well. Strange is that I’ve searched for info related to this thing and nobody complained. Also in your demo I can see that you are also using a gu10 bulb, but it’s the rgb version. Could this issue be that this version that I have it’s not compatible?

I regret to inform you that the model (single color, dimmable) you have does not support syncing to eWeLink, and there are no plans to add this feature in the near future. However, Yeelight Wi-Fi lights with tunable color and temperature should work.

There is no problem about this, good that I know why it’s not working and I have an idea not to search or to try different methods to solve the issue. For the Yeelight Wi-fi lights, this also includ the GU-10 W1 RGB model?
