Tuya Matter Hub connected to iHost - Zigbee devices not visible

Dear community,

I am currently integrating a Tuya Matter Hub with the iHost platform. The Matter hub is successfully recognized and added by iHost without any issues.

However, I am facing a specific problem: while the Tuya Matter Hub itself appears correctly in iHost, none of the Zigbee devices connected to it (such as sensors, switches, etc.) are visible within the iHost interface. The Zigbee devices are properly paired with the Tuya Matter Hub and function correctly within the Tuya ecosystem, but they are not exposed or controllable through iHost.

I would appreciate any clarification on the following points:

  1. Is this behavior expected under the current firmware and Matter protocol implementation?
  2. Does iHost currently support child device discovery from third-party Matter bridges such as Tuya’s?
  3. Are there any configuration steps or firmware updates required in order to make Zigbee sub-devices accessible via iHost?

Thank you in advance for your support.

check this link regarding which types currently supported

To test it i connected sonoff zigbee 3.0 temperature and humidity sensor to tuya matter hub. It is correctly seen but it doesn’t show under iHost.

as the list above currently matter plugs and lights via matterbridge supported for now

So basically only lights, plugs and switches… and no improvements in six months. A little basic…

Zigbee devices added to Tuya Matter Hub will not be visible in IHOST. Tuya Matter Hub does not act as a matter bridge.

On the other hand, IHOST as a matter Hub does not yet allow you to add a device such as a matter bridge.

sorry @ociepa.ekotox , i just want to clarify few points , i got zemismart hub which you can call it a tuya matter hub and it acts like a matterbridge , also ihost support adding other matterbridges such as zemismart but with few limited types as of now lights , switches and plugs with on/off function

Unless so. I don’t have any matter bridge other than ihost to check.

I know for a fact that you can’t add a second ihost to an ihost as a matter bridge.

I haven’t checked in CubeOs yet.
