Why can’t I sync SONOFF Zigbee devices like temperature sensors, or smart plugs, through Matter Bridge to another platform like Google Home?
Suddenly all these devices appear in the More devices section with the note: *The following devices are not supported to be added to Matter-supported platforms yet. Please stay tuned with us for further releases and updates about the eWeLink CUBE Matter Bridge feature.
Why is this happening? How to resolve this?
Are you on firmware 2.8.1?
I had this problem with Matter bridge on iHost, the same as other people, but it was solved by this update around a month ago.
If you are updated and the issue persists you should open a ticket.
Are you currently using version 2.8.1?
Which devices are not supported? Can you provide the specific models?
At the same time, you can submit the system logs so we can check the issue for you.

The devices which I have in the system and which I would expect to be included in the Matter bridge functionality include:
And basically all the devices I have except the Reolink cameras (which were not supported before).
It is strange that most of my BASICR2 switches are supported but one (labeled as Heating circuit).
I can’t share these devices: SNZB-02P SNZB-02D .I reported it and I don’t know if they’ve made any progress.
With the update to 2.9.0 it seems the issue was fixed. Thank you!
