SNZB-02P can be connected, however TRVZB is nor recognised by NSPanel Pro.

it is likely because of the firmware version of the NSPanel Pro, try updating to the newest. After that, when you put the Panel in PAiring search, activate the pairing of the TRV and wait A LOT 
without touching anything
