I am experiencing difficulties pairing my new ZB Bridge Ultra with Sonoff thermostatic radiator valves. The valves initiate pairing as indicated by a blinking Wi-Fi indicator and “–” on the display, but the pairing process consistently fails.
I have attempted to resolve this issue by resetting both devices to their factory settings multiple times, but the problem persists. I have successfully paired other devices (e.g., motion sensors, humidity sensors) with the bridge. Could you please provide guidance on how to troubleshoot this pairing issue?
I can’t connect to the HUB at all. it blinks, I tried with two valves, but neither one pairs.
Maybe it’s the hubs’ fault. To pair, you only need to press the button on the valve? Nothing needs to be done on the HUB besides searching the app? Any switching to pairing mode or something?
I hold down the main button on the head unit after calibration, the wifi symbol starts flashing and then I can search in the app (in the HUB settings)?
