Timers work on one phone, not on other

We have an issue with our 2 channel WiFi switch. The device works perfectly. But, we have the eWeLink APP running on two phones, logged in to the same account. Manual switching works fine on both phones, we can turn on and off the device. But when we schedule an event, it works on one phone and not the other. The event plays but the action does not happen. I can see a red dot on the timer button to indicate the timer is set, and at the correct time the red dot goes away. But the device stays on.

The phone that works is a Samsung S8+ and the one that doesn’t is an A series. Permissions are the same.
I can’t see any difference.

Hi Chris, may I know the specified date and time? Which time you arranged can’t activate the device to act according to the timer? And the date you noticed this issue( can see a red dot on the timer button to indicate the timer is set, and at the correct time the red dot goes away. But the device stays on)
