Sonoff T5EU3C (TX Ultimate) motor (Blinds and Curtains mode)

Good morning hoping all is well

My problem is that subject purchased Sonoff wall switch device (T5-3C-86, version 1.3.1) and configured in eWelink for a blinds motor mode (open-pause -close). Unfortunately cannot be recognized in Alexa and also in Google home as blinds control device and no voice commands are applicable, but only as a on-off switch or lights buttons functions.

Hello!

Have you found a solution? You have to change the mode in the settings and change it to “motor mode” (I don’t know the exact word, cuz I am using ewelink with German).

And then you can calibrate the curtain.
