I have a net with TUF-AX6000 as gateway and 3 X RT-AX59U in AP mode -not aimesh- I have may sonoff devices, two RF BRIDGES (wifi stable with PMF disbled) bur my abou TEN SONOFF S60 era not WIFI stable and goes off WLAN. I have probed everything. I yhing a smart plug has to do a few things, but has to do them WELL. Please any advice, or I have to TRHOW AWAY al S60,s
I have retired all S60,s … Filogic 830 does not work well with these devices
After retired TEN S60 plugs, now I have 4 S61S and 6 old S26R2 and net is solid. a firmware correction for S60 is a MUST. A smart plug does a few things, but has tod do them right. If not, perhaps other brands offer better products. I am waiting form stabilityy firmware update for these S60 plugs. (wifi version)
I have two S60TPF (1.2.0) and two S60ZBTPF (2.1.3) and I haven’t noticed any significant problems. It’s the same story with a few S26R2 (3.8.2).
I do remember having a major issue with connection stability on the S26R2 at one point constant disconnections or a failure to connect altogether. Enabling the “Allow legacy 802.11b rates” option in OpenWRT fixed it. However, I’m not sure if that option is available to you or if it’s relevant to your specific problem.
I now have 4 S61S and 8 S26R2 working stable. S60 is not stable. I can not believe but is right, at least with mediatek wifi driver
