I have a problem. Sonoff bridge pro, few mini r2 extreme , few mini l2 extreme, mini r4 extreme and switchmann R5. Mainly for lights.
All is up to date. All working great about 2 months.
Few days ago R5 and mini r4 extreme stop to work together. I see both, they see each other. But scene for reversing state (or turning off or on) of r4 dont work trough scene. Trough app and external switch is working as it should. Other scenes activated trough R5 for reversing lights trough l2 and r2 work too.
So problem are comunication betwen R5 and r4 (ewelink wifi?). In logs scene are completed (but in reality are not).
Tryed trough removing r4 and pairing it again, removing R5 but nothing changes.
Few more notes, about 10 days ago all my zigbee devices (r2 and l2) went offline, i turned off bridge pro and after restart all worked again.
And timer trough scene dont work properly, i set time for 3h on one of my lights but it hold on light only for 57 min and kicks in.

Hello again. Last time after investigation sonoff ppl send me new minir4 extreme (wifi version) and i send them mine for hw investigation. All was good till yestrday.
Same behaviour. Now i know exactly what is wrong. Idk what trigered it because i was doing plenty of adjustements in a last week, with sw+hw.
I use miniR4 with switchmann R5.
In scene: press of one channel on R5 should “reverse” state of miniR4, but reverse isnt betwen options when i try to make a new scene, there is only “on” or “off”. On rest of switches i have, like zbminiL2 or zbminiR2, there are all 3 options to choose.
I deleted scene when problem ocurs. But, iirc, before i deleted it i was going into it and see only this two options (on and off) and neither has check mark on it (so scene without selection). Furthermore, iirc, you cant save a scene without selection. So obviously third option “reverse” was disappeared from selection in scene and it isnt available rn when i want to make new one.
If some1 have this combo (miniR4 extreme (wifi version) and switchmann R5) can you please check to see if you have this “reverse” option in scene? I am 99,9% sure you have but i need confirmation for that 0,1%. TIA.
For now i make 2 scenes to override this, one for turning light on and one for turning light off. But ofcourse now i need to use 2 channells (buttons) on my switchmann R5 for this instead of 1 like before.
I sended this trough ewelink app and get a new ticket, waiting respond from sonoff staf.
No 1 respond to this problem.
Are ewelink alive or they abondon their products?
You are right and the application only turns it on and off, but on the ewelink website there is also the opposite option.

So if i make a scene from a web would it work that way?
try it. I wrote to support for a fix but before waiting try creating a scene on the web. I found a lot of difference between the ewelink web application and Cube os, the device has different control options.
