I added 2x Sonoff Micro to my iHost. Both have the same FW and one shows RSSi and the other doesn’t show RSSi. I tried removing them from the app and re-pairing, but that didn’t help.
Wait a bit to see if it appears. Sometimes the information just hasn’t been passed on to iHost yet or it hasn’t been processed!
If it still doesn’t appear after a while, check if this information appears on the Map.
If it does appear and isn’t shown on this screen yet, I recommend opening a ticket.
This is a Sonoff Micro WiFi, so it won’t show up on the map in IHost for ZigBee.
Correct. Have you tried restarting the eWelink Addon?
Restarting eWelink Addon did not help. The cause may be in the HW version. They were bought about 6 months apart.
Strange since they are using the same version from the screenshots.
Open a ticket sometimes you may have come across a strange bug.

Resync your device in the add-on.
If that doesn’t help. Remove device sync. Log out. Restart the add-on. Log in and add sync.
Thanks, but this procedure didn’t help either.
So I fixed it. I removed it from the EWelink app and added it via a different WiFi name. RSSI data is displayed. So I removed it again and added it over the required WiFi and it already shows the RSSI. I don’t know what happened where, but it works now.
