if I will buy Tuya light switch with dimmer… which option is better to connect it to Sonoff system Tuya WiFi or ZigBee?
Since you didn’t see any from eWeLink, there are no accompanying scene/binding options, at least for the app/WEB. You can, alternatively, combine multiple platforms to do automation via Matter or other integration.

I found something with eWeLink support on Aliexpress.
Have no idea how this will work. Will have to order them and try.
But I’m surprised that Sonoff is not making light switch with a dimmer.
I know that Sonoff D1 exist… but this is not a great product from what I have learned.
TBH I am amazed that Sonoff do not have a dimmer in their range.
This is a basic device type when considering smart home requirements. It has always bothered me than to expand my Sonoff ecosystem means I have to lose basic features provided by other ecosystems.
It is particularly bothering when they keep adding new devices, like leak detectors and hose tap controls which are not basic smart home requirements, and they release updated versions of their existing range.
I was also surprised.
Finally found 2 smart switches with dimmer on aliexpress working with ewelink system.
Ordered both of them and will test them soon.
Weird thing is that Tuya have wider range of devices and they are much cheaper than compatible with our system.
You’ll be doing the whole community a favour by testing these and sharing your findings!

So far this Tuya dimmer switch was crap and looks like one of the compatible with Ewelink is too.
I’m still waiting for last switch from trusted seller and hope that this one will be better quality.
