I have an issue with some Sonoff devices where I can’t communicate with them if I’m not connected to the same Wi-Fi network. They appear as offline, but when I restart the router, they work again for a while. What is the problem, and what is the solution?
More like a network issue. If local control works, your Wi-Fi’s fine, so I suspect there are some settings on your router causing this.
Have you set any proxy/VPN or firewall configuration? How do devices from other brands do they work well at the same time?
Yep a 2 weeks ago i try to configure the router to control my pc by Internet so i think ibshould rest my router?
Is that the day when your devices see connection issues? If so, please check if you can undo any configurations.
