SN-ESP32C3-S60-01 connection problem

I am experiencing a problem with my SN-ESP32C3-S60-01 device. It goes offline approximately every minute and then reconnects again. This keeps happening continuously, making the device unreliable.

I have already checked my Wi-Fi connection, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is this a known firmware issue, or could there be another cause? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, this is a known issue with devices based on the ESP32‑C3. The most common causes are:

  • firmware bugs,
  • Wi‑Fi roaming features enabled on the router,
  • DHCP renew loops.
    It does not look like a hardware failure. A regular, repeating disconnect cycle is almost never caused by RSSI. It’s typically a firmware or DHCP/PM problem. Check whether an updated firmware is available, as a newer version usually resolves this behavior.
