How can it be that an important part on a zigbee mesh as a router (S26R2ZB act as a router doesn’t it?) does not support firmware updates? Is it just perfect and without any bugs from the start?

So a year has passed and still nothing, while the S26E ZB can’t do much. It’s such a poor version of WIFI, it doesn’t have anything that the WIFI version can do, Push notifications, Offline alert, Power-on State or even Inching Settings and as for signal extension, it’s also miserable.
