I have a Sonoff 433 door contact. Just had to replace the battery. It is showing up in ewelink app, but it’s greyed out and no history is ever reported nor any alert.
The unit flashes when activated.
Any ideas what’s wrong? I also have two Sonoff 433 PIRs and they are working fine, so is all other ewelink devices I have.
Any ideas? Is it broken?
