Hello,

I have the iHost device running version 2.5.2. My memory card is 32 GB, and about 6 GB is currently used.

When I try to create a manual backup, I get the following message:

“Insufficient storage, please delete old backups from the list.”

However, this seems to be a software bug because it used to create backups without any problem before. Now it has suddenly stopped allowing backups.

I urgently request that this issue be fixed.

It shows a warning to delete old backups, but there are no old backup files.
So, the backup issue is clearly software-related — there is a bug in the system.
This is a serious problem.

I kindly request that this be prioritized and fixed in the next version update.

Hi. How’s the work going? Will the update be out before the weekend? Or do we still have to wait?

I apologize for the delay. The version release is likely to be next week, as we have encountered some issues during testing that need to be resolved. The new version will mainly support the UREAL air conditioning central control hub, along with optimizations for the temperature sensor and presence sensor features and Matter so on.
