I cant upgrade to 1.12.4, it wasnt pushed to my device.
I’m currently on 1.12.3.
Trouble you to switch to iHost’s settings page again to refresh and wait for 5 minutes, you will receive the push of version 1.12.4.

So the first time you add the iHost Matter bridge to the Alexa App in version 1.12.4, the name will still be the serial number, but the name will remain the same after you correspondingly change the device name in Alexa and restart the iHost.

Sorry it took me a while to respond, today I was having Xmas family lunch at home.
So after the update to 1.12.4 I got all zigbee devices names lost again (hopefully last time).
Once I entered them back in Alexa, I rebooted the iHost, and I could keep the names in Alexa.
Is there something special to do to check that it works?
Where should I sign up or pay to test the new versions??
The eWeLink team has pinpointed the problem and will fix it in the full release this week, so stay tuned.
